The partner of Shkrebets & Partners, Attorneys-at-law took part in the discussion about the system ProZorro. In the discussion about the system ProZorro there was asked a question: was everything done to ensure that public procurement is as transparent and open as possible? In his comment, the author noted that ProZorro’s system is completely ineffective in terms of purchasing legal services.
