According to the annual nationwide study of “50 leading law firms of Ukraine” “Shkrebets and Partners” attorneys-at-law became one of the leading law firms in the Kharkiv region and in Ukraine. Court disputes in the field of taxation, where legal support of client’s interests was performed by “Shkrebets and Partners” attorneys-at-law, entered the top 20 of the major court disputes within the said practice. In addition, the research noted the financial efficiency of the attorneys-at-law.
The research was traditionally carried out by the edition “Yuridicheskaya Praktika” and is currently considered as the most authoritative analysis of the legal industry of Ukraine.
In November 2015 Attorneys-at-law Shkrebets & Partners protected interests of JSC Kharkiv CHPP-5 in the Kharkiv District Administrative Court in a dispute with the Specialized State Tax Inspection for servicing of large tax payers in the city of Kharkiv under the CMDSFS on abolition of tax notices-decisions worth over 53 million hryvnias.
“Schkrebez und Partner” AG verteidigte im Oktober 2015 Interessen des „ Östlichen wissenschaftlich-technischen Zentrums“ GmbH im Streitfall wegen der Schadenersatzansprüche zum Kunden in Höhe von fast 400 000 UAH.
Die Juristen der “Schkrebez und Partner” AG verteidigten im Oktober 2015 im Wirtschaftsgericht des Gebiets Charkiw Interessen der öffentlichen Aktiengesellschaft „Charkiwer Wärmekraft- und Fernheizwerk 5“ wegen der Erhebung der Schulden nach dem Vertrag für die Elektrizitätsversorgung in einer Gesamthöhe von über 300 000 USA-Dollar.
