On November 25, 2014 the Alumni Association of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University has opened the School of Professional Excellence and it was ceremonially held the first meeting-discussion with the lecturer Alexii Meniv, a partner of Shkrebets & Partners attorneys-at-law.
The aim of the School is to improve the knowledge and practical skills in different fields of law, as well as to discuss topical problems of modern jurisprudence. Course lasts 2 weeks. In the School it will be considered such training units, as tax law, civil litigation, intellectual property law and copyright, mediation, arbitration proceedings, land law.
As a result the active participants will have the opportunity to undergo training in the most successful law firms in Ukraine, with which the Alumni Association signed a memorandum of cooperation.
All participants will receive a Certificate of attendance.

Schrebez und Patner“verteidigten erfolgreich die Interessen von Fitness Clubs „TETRA“ im Gerichtsfall wegen der Berufung des während der Normativgeldberechnung der Bewertung des von Sportklub „TETRA“ besetzten Landstücks mit der Fläche von 3 ha benutzten Koeffizienten (von 2,5 auf 0,7). Als Ergebnis beträgt die Einsparung des Kunden bei der Bezahlung der Bodenzinses etwa 400 000 Grywjas pro Jahr.
