“Schkrebez und Partner” AG vertrat im September 2015 erfolgreich Interessen des Forschungs- und Produktionsunternehmens „ZORYA“ im Streitfall wegen der Erhebung der Kosten nach dem Vertrag für zentrale Wasserversorgung und Wasserableitung in einer Höhe von 0,5 Millionen UAH.
Shkrebets and Partners attorneys-at-law acted as General partner of the two-day discussion club “Effective Justice”, dedicated to the consideration of issues of influence on the court, which was organized by: Section of judges of UBA of Kharkiv branch of UBA and Kharkiv regional branch of the National School of Judges of Ukraine.
The first day of discussion club covered sociological and philosophical questions of influence on the court. During the second day the participants have discussed applied issues – from building the strategies to protect judges from undue encroachment prosecutors to the organization of self-government.
The two-day discussion club became the most popular event of Judges Section of UBA – total amount of judges of different instances and jurisdictions attended the event was over a hundred persons.
Specialists of Shkrebets & partners have conducted complex due diligence of a huge enterprise placed in Zhytomir region due to its further purchase. The enterprise is a manufacturing company of full cycle production with 19 years of work experience in the sphere of flexible packing industry which produces flexible packing for companies of chemical, building, agrarian as well as food industries. The partner Andriy Syvak was the project leader.
In July 2015 successfully represented the interests of JSC Kharkiv CHPP-5 in the dispute with the ME Kharkiv Heating Networks on debt recovery under the agreement of heat energy supply amounting to over 2,25 million US dollars.
