The Memorandum on cooperation between the Alumni Association of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and the Shkrebets & Partners attorneys-at-law.
The cooperation will be held in the form information exchange and joint participation in initiatives, projects and programs developed and / or implemented together or separately by each of the organizations in accordance with its sphere or activity and interests of the parties.
The aim of the Memorandum is the development of bilateral cooperation in the framework of the respective functions and powers; the implementation of cultural, educational and scientific activities in the field of law, civil society development, protection of the human rights and legitimate interests, etc.
The National University “Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise” the tripartite agreements on cooperation was signed between the Alumni Association of National University “Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise” and employers on selection of the best students for their internship (practice) and the further employment. The Agreement was also signed by Shkrebets & Partners attorneys-at-law.
The parties to the Agreement undertakes the obligations through the contest to select the best students of the University to ensure their internships and further employment by the employers. The jury consists of representatives of employers, Alumni Association of National University “Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise”, the League of students and students` government.
