The newspaper Yuridicheskaya Practika has held the regular Forum of legal advisers, and AP “Shkrebets&Partners” was a partner of the Forum.

Attorney of the Partnership, Anton Martynenko, was invited as a speaker in the section “Cooperation with Law Enforcement and Control Bodies”.

Anton talked about how to ensure the smooth running of a business in stressful conditions, drew attention to the peculiarities of protection in the investigation of economic, official and tax offenses, ways of delaying criminal proceedings in these categories, as well as the peculiarities of appointing and conducting expertise in cases related to with economic, job and tax “crime”.
