Oleksii Meniv, a partner of Shkrebets&Partners, gave a comment for a journalistic investigation by the VESTI publication regarding the possibility of Ukrainians acquiring a second citizenship.
Oleksiy explained how the issue of dual citizenship is currently regulated, and under what conditions second citizenship is not a violation. Such cases, in particular, include cases of automatic acquisition of citizenship, when a person does not submit an application or petition on his own.
