Another White-Collar Crime forum was held on May 31, which covered a number of currently relevant topics.
In particular, Anton Novakov, a partner of Shkrebets&Partners, moderated the session on Evidentiary Justice, where they discussed typical mistakes in interaction with law enforcement agencies, circumstantial evidence at the WCC, familiarization of the lawyer with the evidence of the prosecution: practical nuances and evaluation of evidence by the investigating judge.
