Shkrebets and Partners was traditionally a partner of the II WHITE-COLLAR CRIME FORUM, which gathered leading lawyers in the field of white-collar crime and is held annually by the “Legal Practice” publishing house.
Oleksii Meniv, a partner of the Partnership, moderated the session, where white-collar crime with a foreign element was discussed.
They talked about the search for assets taken out of Ukraine: practical challenges and difficulties of return, search for virtual assets, compliance with international principles and values of justice and on other topics that are relevant in the context of this discussion.
