The foundation of a strong position is a deep understanding of the client's problem.
Sofiia Nechyporenko is a paralegal at Shkrebets & Partners, holding a Master's degree in Law (with honors), and is a PhD candidate at the Department of Agrarian and Land Law of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Her work combines preparation of case materials with systematic research activity — covering topics from the agricultural sector in the context of European integration to state regulation of artificial intelligence and the investigation of war crimes.

Approach to Work
Sofiia's approach to work is deep analysis and a clear understanding of the substance of the client's problem. She is oriented toward practical results and supports the case at every stage of its resolution. In her work she values systematic thinking, precision, and responsibility — three qualities without which the analytical part of legal work ceases to function as the support for the attorney's position.
