Within three months Partners, Attorneys and Assistants of the Attorney Partnership “Shkrebets & Partners” had a Legal English course devoted to the Anticorruption Compliance.

During this time, we managed to learn a lot of useful information, deepened our knowledge of English in this area, studied relevant court cases, conducted corporate moot-courts on the files of existing cases and developed their own memorandums in English. Olena Zhilinkova from ProEnglish has developed a course for us, which collected all the information we needed and took into account wishes and level of English of everyone who attended the classes. Thank you for your professional and individualized approach and we are waiting for our new English language course in private law, which will be launched on the following Monday.

It is pleasant to note that the Attorney Partnership “Shkrebets & Partners” once again confirmed its high qualification by entering the TOP-50 law firms of Ukraine by the version of Kyiv Post Legal Quarterly. Kyiv Post is the first and most popular English-language newspaper in Ukraine. This year the newspaper conducted the first independent rating survey among law firms. And we are very pleased to be among the top 50 by the versions of this respectable edition.

Kyiv Court of Appeal made a very important decision for the development of Ukrainian science by satisfying the appeal claim of the senior research associate of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Irina Yegorchenko in a lawsuit against her sued by Yuriy Teslya, the Dean of the Information Technology Faculty of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.
