On September 5, the 3rd International Forum on Enforcement Proceedings took place in Kyiv, where nearly 400 Ukrainian and foreign law enforcement officers, executives, and officials took part. The actual issues of execution of court decisions, the latest legislation in this area and the practice of their application were discussed at the forum. Attorneys-at-law Shkrebets&Partners has traditionally acted as a forum partner, and the head of the Kyiv office took part in the forum as the third session moderator . This session was devoted to the issues of the executive process.

The Ukrainian Law Firms 2018. A Handbook for Foreign Clients was published. The guide highlights the main players in the Ukrainian legal market, recommended for foreign clients over the last year. We are glad to inform you that Attorneys-at-Law “Shkrebets & Partners” is traditionally noticed in the Handbook. In particular, the lawyer’s association was noted in such areas as Criminal Law, Energy and Natural Resources, Litigation, Taxes and Transfer Pricing. The Council of Judges of Ukraine recently released data on the number of convicted and acquitted in 2017. On the background of 76.8 thousand convicts, the number of justifiable persons – 311 is extremely small.
