Shkrebets & Partners acted as legal advisor of "DEBANT Ukraine" LLC, a huge manufacturer of all kinds of polypropylene cargo containers, on the issue of recognition the title to the mortgaged property by courts due to the failure of the loan agreement. The value of mortgaged property amounted to more than $ 2 million.
Shkrebets & Partners successfully represented the interests of the Kharkiv Combined Heat and Power Plant No 5 in the litigations with the municipal enterprise “Kharkiv Heating Services” over recovery of debts of the total amount of about $ 12 million due to the agreements of sale and purchase of heating energy.
Shkrebets & Partners acted as the legal defender of 68 physical persons – the tenants of the hostel – in the litigation of their departure by the new owner. The title was received by him in 1992 under false pretences. As the result of the litigation the certificate of title was annulled.
Shkrebets & Partners acted as the legal advisor to the the Kharkiv Combined Heat and Power Plant No 5 in the litigation to invalidate the actions of the tax authority that entailed the restoration of the tax decision notices on the total amount of about $ 5 000 000 in the Tax Authority’s Database.
