Shkrebets & Partners acted as legal advisors large multidisciplinary private clinic, "Dr. Alex" (Kharkiv) on issues of compliance with competition law.
Multi-field clinic "DOCTOR ALEX" has been working since 1994. It is the clinical base of the Kharkiv medical academy of postgraduate education. The clinic conducts joint research activities with KMAPE. "DOCTOR ALEX" works closely with leading medical institutions in Kharkiv and Ukraine and develops cooperation with scientists and doctors from other countries.
Currently, 70 doctors represent all medical specialties and provide outpatient care, including surgery.
Shkrebets & Partners represented the interests of State Institution “Grigoriev Institute for Medical Radiology of National Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine” in the litigation with the deliverer of the equipment.
Shkrebets & Partners successfully represented the interests of a major agrarian company "Agrocomplex Jupiter" in litigation on achieving the invalidation of tax authorities` activities. As a result of the illegal actions of the tax control authority`s officials, the company has been disconnected from the Unified Register of tax bills that entailed blocking of the company`s economic activity.
Actions of the tax control authority`s officials have been recognized by the court and the court of appeal as illegal and activity of the company was unblocked.
Shkrebets & Partners successfully represented the interests of Vladar-Kharkiv TH Ltd in the litigation of the appeal of the tax decision notice on the amount of about 458 000 hryvnas.
