Shkrebets & Partners is among three finalists for “Legal award 2015” in the category “Regional law firm of the year”
On May 19, 2015 Shkrebets and Partners in the Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine successfully represented Apartment-operational department of Kharkiv City in dispute for annulment of some items of the decision and lease land agreement. As a result, the land plot of 0.0528 ha in the center of Kharkiv which worth over 1,5 mln UAH was returned back to the land of defense.
On 7th and 14th of May, 2015 Shkrebets and Partners successfully represented the interests of unlawfully dismissed workers of Municipal Department of Internal Affairs in the dispute on the recognition of wrongful and cancellation of orders on dismissal, reinstatement and recovery of financial support during the forced absenteeism.
As a results of consideration of case there were recognized as illegal and canceled orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on dismissal, eighteen police officers were restored in post, financial support for forced absenteeism in the amount of 600 000 UAH was recovered.
In April 2015 Shkrebets & Partners successfully represented the interests of Erystovski MPW LLC in the court dispute of the enterprise with the SFS of Ukraine and Kremenchuk JSTI on recognition as illegal of actions of SFS of Ukraine related to the refusal to accept the refinement of calculation of tax liabilities on the value added tax due to correction of the self-detected errors amounting to over 4 million hryvnias, and annexes to the VAT tax return.
