Shkrebets and Partners acted as legal advisor in supporting the purchase of the enterprise with the right to use the land for development in the Slovak Republic
Shkrebets & Partners acted as the legal advisors to the Kharkiv Combined Heat and Power Plant No 5 concerning the regularization of relationships with National Joint-Stock Company NAFTOGAZ of Ukraine as for the assignment of right of demand, extinguishment of debts and set-off at the market of the natural gas of the total amount of about $ 84,5 million.
Shkrebets & Partners has represented the interests of 56depositors 56 JSC "Bank Golden Gate" in litigation with the Deposit Guarantee Fund concerning the obligation of the Fund to perform the payments of the guaranteed amounts of deposits.
Shkrebets & Partners successfully acted as the defenders of the Housing-Exploitation department of Kharkiv City in the litigation with Kharkiv City Council and the Prosecutors’ Office of Kharkiv City about the termination of right of the right of sustained use of the land plot of 0,5 ha in the center of Kharkiv. The assessed value of the land plot is about $ 5 000 000.
