Attorneys-at-law Shkrebets & Partners in the beginning of March, 2016 protected interests of JSC Kharkiv CHPP-5 in Kharkiv Administrative District Court in a dispute with the Specialized State Tax Inspection for servicing of large tax payers in the city of Kharkiv under the CMD SFS on abolition of tax notices-decisions on assessment of the value added tax, corporate income tax and penalties amounting to almost 10 million hryvnias.
Attorneys-at-law Shkrebets & Partners in January 2016 protected interests of JSC Kharkiv CHPP-5 in Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeal in a dispute with the Specialized State Tax Inspection for servicing of large tax payers in the city of Kharkiv under the CMDSFS on abolition of tax notices-decisions on assessment of the value added tax, corporate income tax and penalties amounting to almost 23 million hryvnias.
The team of lawyers of Shkrebets and Partners provided protection of the interests of employees of JSC Kharkivoblenergo within the criminal proceedings on the grounds of a criminal delict under the part. 3. of art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As part of the preventive measure for suspected persons, due to the work of lawyers the prosecutor was dismissed the petition for application of a preventive measure in the form of detention in custody and bail in the amount of 2 000 000 hryvnias for each.
