Lawyers of Attorneys-at-law “Shkrebets and Partners” on 11/31/2016 took part in the discussion of issues of execution of court decisions, which took place in Kharkiv at the conference “Place of a private executor in the system of enforcement” with the participation of leading Ukrainian and foreign experts on implementation of judicial decisions. Conference was organized by the Commercial Law Center and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Managing Partner with “Shkrebets and partners” Attorneys-at-law Eugene F. Shkrebets according to the annual research conducted by the edition “Yuridicheskaya Praktika” was defined as a well-known lawyer in the field of taxation.
According to the annual research of the leading law firms conducted by edition “Yuridicheskaya Praktika” Attorneys-at-law “Shkrebets and Partners” on the results of 2016 for the twelfth time consecutive entered the TOP 100 law firms in Ukraine. And, traditionally, joined the leading law firms in the Kharkiv region and TOP 20 judicial disputes in the field of taxation.
28/09/2016, the Comintern District Court of Kharkov satisfied the claim of FC “Hoverla” which interests were represented by the lawyers of the Attorneys-at-law “Shkrebets and Partners”, against the former head coach of the club Sevidov A.V. on recovery of compensation for the preschedule groundless cancellation of the employment contract in the amount of 4 million UAH.
The case sets a precedent in the application of procedural rules of the Football Federation of Ukraine as part of the labor law during the consideration of a labor dispute.
