On September the 6th, 2017, the 2nd International Forum on Enforcement Proceedings took place in Kyiv.
Law firm “Shkrebets & Partners” was presented as the official partner of the forum and one of its co-speakers in the third session.
Attorneys of “Shkrebets & Partners” in August provided a collection and recovery of debt followed by judicial procedure for the released commodity products in favour of the client in the amount of more than 500 million UAH.
In May, by lawyers of “Shkrebets & Partners”, following the results of representing the client’s interests in courts of the first instance and appeal court, the claims of recognition “Naftogaz Ukraine” as the “last hope” supplier of natural gas in accordance to the requirements of the Code of the Ukrainian gas transportation system were satisfied. This case has become the first precedent in the legal system of Ukraine.
On 17.05.2017, the 11th Awards Ceremony of the best lawyers of Ukraine – “Legal Awards 2017” was held at InterContinental Kyiv Hotel. This year, our firm “Shkrebets & Partners” was deservedly announced among the winners. According to the nomination committee of the “Legal Award”, the company was considered to become the winner of the “Regional Law Firm of the Year” nomination.
