April 13, 2018, the 5th International Tax Forum was held in Kyiv. “Shkrebets & Partners”, Attorneys partnership, took part in the event as an official partner. The forum was attended by more than two hundred participants – Ukrainian and foreign lawyers, deputies, delegates from the government, business representatives and judges. A lot of interesting and actual topics were discussed: the impact of international tax trends on Ukrainian legislation, tax on withdrawn capital, tax advice, tax structuring, BEPS, transfer pricing, a new paradigm of tax disputes. The partner of “Shkrebets & Partners”, Attorneys partnership, Yuriy Artuh, particularry, participated in the panel discussion devoted to the administration of VAT.
