⚡️The results of the most famous rating of law firms in the field of tax law ITR World Tax 2022 have been published.
🏆For the second time, Skrebets & Partners ranks in Tier3 of this ranking.
🏆In addition, congratulations to the Managing Partner of the Partnership, Evgeniy Shkrebets, with an honorary award as an outstanding lawyer in the practice of litigation!
* ITR World Tax is a well-known ranking study of law firms practicing in the field of tax law, which is conducted annually in more than 100 countries.
Congratulations to the criminal practice team of Shkrebets&Partners with the successful defense of the accused in committing a particularly serious crime!
Due to the coordinated work of the team of the Partnership, headed by Attorney Maxim Shypenko, the criminal proceedings were closed on charges of a client of the Partnership under Part 2 of Art. 15, part 5 of Art. 191, part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine due to the fact that after notifying the person of suspicion, the term of pre-trial investigation, defined by Art. 219 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. It is very gratifying that the court accepted the lawyers’ position on the need to strictly adhere to the pre-trial investigation deadlines in particularly serious crimes.
