Yuriy Babych, an attorney of Shkrebets&Partners, has analyzed changes in taxation during the martial law in Ukraine.
The author draws attention to the fact that during the martial law some tax rules have been significantly relaxed, and some have been abolished or suspended altogether. However, such concessions will apply only during martial law.
The main changes concerning the payment of the single tax, VAT, real estate tax, as well as other changes in the peculiarities of taxation are described. In addition, the author talks about tax audits and features of liability for violations of tax legislation.

Andriy Syvak, a partner of Shkrebets&Partners, analyzed the peculiarities of land legal relations during the martial law in Ukraine.
On March 24, 2022, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis and in general the law №7178 of March 19, 2022 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Creating Conditions for Ensuring Food Security in Martial Law”, which provides for the regulation of land relations on the use of agricultural land for the period of martial law.
The purpose of the law is to ensure food security in martial law, which requires the use in 2022 of all available agricultural land for the sowing campaign and ensure intensive agricultural production.
The author analyzed the main changes and features provided by this law, identified the effect it may have on the economy of Ukraine under martial law.

🏆Good news at the end of the year from the Supreme Court!
The sixth (overall) victory of the team of lawyers of “Shkrebets&Partners” in disputes with the State Labor Service in Kharkiv region!
⚡️In the case № 520/2804/19 the illegal fines of the State Labor in the amount of UAH 876 330 were canceled.
As of today, the attorneys of Shkrebets&Partners have canceled the fines of the State Labor Inspectorate in the total amount of more than UAH 8.4 million in court.
