🏆AP Shkrebets&Partners – among the leaders in tax law according to ITR World Tax.
⚡️This year, Shkrebets & Partners was included in Tier 3 of the ITR World Tax international tax study in the General Corporate Tax category. Congratulations to the heads of practice Evgeniy Shkrebets and Yuriy Artukh, as well as the team of practice of tax law of the Partnership with a prestigious award!
ITR World Tax is an annual study of law firms specializing in tax law. The results of the study are published in the ranking format, ie several groups of companies (Tier) are selected without specifying a specific place in the group. The first three Tiers include 27 of Ukraine’s best tax practices.
Yaroslav the Wise National University of Law held the IV Kharkiv International Law Forum. Due to the introduction of quarantine measures, the forum was held online, however, the speakers met in the auditorium of the University to discuss issues relevant to lawyers. Traditionally, AP “Shkrebets&Partners” is a partner of this event.
The partner of the Partnership, the head of the practice of tax law in the AP, Yuriy Artukh took part in the panel discussion “Protection of the rights and interests of the taxpayer”. During the discussion, the applied issues of application of both national and foreign tax legislation were discussed; recent changes in tax legislation, their impact on the procedures for the administration of taxes and fees, on the procedures for fulfilling the tax obligation.

AP “Shkrebets&Partners” is a partner of the Legal Business Forum, which was held by the Ukrainian Bar Association on September 4.
The forum discussed issues of company growth; special attention was paid to the opportunities and development strategies of the regional law firm. In addition, we talked about digitalization of the legal business, as well as prospects for the development of legal education in Ukraine.
We thank the organizers, speakers and participants of the event for lively discussions, interesting reports and active participation in the forum.
The results of the 30th international research IFLR1000 2021 have been published!
For the second time, AP “Shkrebets and Partners” is recommended in the practice of Project Development for work on large projects in the fields of construction, energy and infrastructure projects. The work of the partnership in particular projects was especially noted.
