Attorney Partnership “Shkrebets&Partners” is a partner of the annual International Judicial Forum, held by the publishing house “Yuridicheskaya Practika” on August 05-06.
Within the framework of the forum, the partner of the Partnership, Oleksis Meniv, took part in the forum session dedicated to judicial representation. During this session there was discussed one of the most pressing issues at the moment – the issue of attorney monopoly, current case law on the institution of representation, recent changes in legislation and future prospects.
AP “Shkrebets&Partners” has once again acted as a partner of the International Criminal Law Forum, which is organized annually by the publishing house Yuridicheskaya Practika.
Partner, Oleksii Meniv, has moderated the last session of the forum on the tactics f defence in criminal proceedings. During the session, the participants discussed various defense strategies in criminal proceedings, shared their own experience and identified prospects for further development of judicial practice.
