Evgeniy Shkrebets – Lawyer of the Year on Tax Disputes!

Attorney from AP “Skrebets&Partners” Ivan Lagutin successfully completed the client’s representation in a labor dispute with the State Air Traffic Services Enterprise of Ukraine.
Our client contacted AP because he was unlawfully dismissed from the position of a leading legal adviser in the above mentioned enterprise.
According to the results of the case dismissal, it was declared illegal, the order of dismissal was canceled, the client was reinstated at work, average income during forced absenteeism and non-pecuniary damage were recovered.
Victory in the Supreme Court in the amount of almost 800 thousand UAH!
Atorney of the AP “Shkrebets&Partners” Ivan Lagutin has successfully represented the client’s interests in the case of debt collection under the loan agreement.
PJSC “Fidobank” in this case demanded to collect the exchange rate difference on the loan, interest arrears, debt for late repayment of the loan for late repayment of interest.
The Supreme Court, by quashing the decisions of the previous instances and refusing to satisfy the claim, concluded that there was no legal basis to accrue the interest provided for by the contract until the full repayment of the loan debt in this civil case.
