Resolutions for imposing a fine in excess of UAH 1,500,000 were canceled.
Attorney from the AP “Shkrebets & Partners” Maxym Shypenko has successfully represented a client in a dispute with the Main Department of the State Consumer Service in the Zakarpattya region regarding the cancellation of decisions on imposing fines for violation of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
A fine of one and a half million hryvnias was imposed as a result of a customer audit, during which, according to the control body, the fact of selling poor-quality gasoline was revealed.
During the trial there was proved that the client did not violate the requirements for safety and quality of the fuel, which he implemented, as well as established a gross violation of the inspection body of the client’s inspection, and therefore the decision on imposing fines – was canceled.
The decision of the Kharkiv district administrative court in the case No. 520/3681/19 from 08/28/2019 was upheld by the decision of the Second Administrative Administrative Court of Appeal of 05/11/2019.
On November 2-3, the Kharkiv branch of the UBA Student League held the tenth Criminal Law School. The event brought together more than 250 students and young lawyers.

Attorneys from AP “Shkberets and Partners”, has successfully supported the administrative case against the State Labor Office in the Kharkiv region on the recognition of unlawful orders and resolutions worth 800,000 UAH.
The attorneys of the Partnership proved that our client complied with the regulations of the current legislation on the formulation of labor relations with employees, the requirements of the prescription were fulfilled, and the disputed ruling and order are illegal and can be annulled, since the conclusions, based on the disputed decisions, were consistent with the facts of the case, and the findings of the irregularities were not substantiated by appropriate and admissible evidence.
The claims of our client were satisfied in full by the Resolution of the Second Administrative Court of Appeal of 17.10.2019 in Case No. 520/2084/19.
