On October 18, a LEGAL CRIMINAL TALKS in the The H8ful Eight was held by the Ukrainian Bar Association.
The event was dedicated to various aspects of criminal law. Attorneys, representatives of the Judjes, NABU, and the prosecutor’s office were invited to discuss the issue in a comprehensive manner.
AP “Shkrebets and partners” was the partner of the project this time, and the representatives of the association were very pleased to attend the event.

AP “Skrebets&Partners” was a partner of the Forum on Enforcement Proceedings, which is conducted by the Yuridicheskaya Praktika newspaper.
Anton Novakov, a partner of AP, moderated the table “Executive Proceedings in Ukraine: Realities and Perspectives”.
During the Forum, there were discussed some aspects of enforcement proceedings in Ukraine, drew attention to new legislation, and also learned more about the use of new technologies in enforcement proceedings.
