Congratulations to the team of the “Skhrebets and Partners” Attorney Partnership with distinction in Tier 3 ITR World Tax!
Separately, we congratulate Evgeniy Shkrebets, the managing partner of the Partnership, with the distinction of a highly rewarded lawyer in tax controversy.
❗ITR World Tax is an annual survey among law firms specializing in tax law. The results of the research are published in a ranking format, that is, several groups of companies (Tier) are distinguished without specifying a specific place in the group.
Another White-Collar Crime forum was held on May 31, which covered a number of currently relevant topics.
In particular, Anton Novakov, a partner of Shkrebets&Partners, moderated the session on Evidentiary Justice, where they discussed typical mistakes in interaction with law enforcement agencies, circumstantial evidence at the WCC, familiarization of the lawyer with the evidence of the prosecution: practical nuances and evaluation of evidence by the investigating judge.
We sincerely thank the speakers, organizers and participants for interesting reports and no less interesting discussions.
In this year’s “Market Leaders” study from the Yuridychna Gazeta, Shkrebets and Partners has traditionally taken high positions in practices. This year, the Partnership received recognition and became a leading company in the following practices:

“Shkrebets&Partners” agcted as a partner of the International Criminal Law Forum, which is held annually by the “Yuridichna Practika” publishing house.
During the forum, a number of topical issues were discussed, including, in particular, the testing of criminal justice by war and what challenges await it in the future, how the reform of the law enforcement system of Ukraine will develop and whether it should be carried out during the war.
We thank the publishing house for the excellently organized event, and the participants for the interesting discussions and speeches.
